This policy explains what information the Pillbox Assist quiz on elixir.mobi handles, why, and what you can do about it. Pillbox Assist is a pre-launch product: the quiz lets you preview the idea and join the early-access list.

We handle personal information only for purposes defined in advance and described here. We do not collect data “just in case” and we do not combine it with data gathered for unrelated purposes.
The quiz provides general educational information about supplement and medication timing. It is not medical advice and does not replace a doctor or pharmacist.

We do not ask for your name, postal address, or identity documents. We do not take payments at this stage: the quiz never asks for card or bank details, and nothing is charged when you tap a plan.
Answers about supplements, medications, and symptoms can reveal information about your health, so we treat them with extra care.
If you would rather not share this kind of information, please do not take the quiz.
We use service providers who act on our instructions under contract. We remain responsible to you for how they handle the data.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising. Information may be disclosed to authorities when the law requires it.
Information is kept no longer than the purpose requires, unless the law sets a longer period.
Our providers operate servers in the United States, the European Union, Russia (Yandex Metrica) and other countries, so information may be processed outside the country where you live. Where the law requires it, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, for example standard contractual clauses.

To use any of these rights, write to hi@elixir.mobi from the address you gave us, and tell us what you would like us to do. We reply within 30 days. You can also control cookies in your browser settings, manage ad preferences in your Meta account, and block Yandex Metrica with the Yandex opt-out add-on.
The site is served only over HTTPS. Access to the early-access list is limited to the people who need it for their work. We apply organisational and technical measures appropriate to the small amount of data we hold, and we review incidents if they occur.
The quiz is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has sent us their email, write to us and we will delete it.
We review this policy at least once a year and whenever the law or the way the quiz works changes. The new version is published on this page with its date.
